摘要
结合凯悦国际大厦工程超厚底板的工程实践,分析了工程施工的难点,阐述了一次性浇筑超厚底板的施工技术,得出了能降低水化热、控制内外温差的大体积混凝土最佳配合比,总结了超厚底板模板支设和钢筋绑扎的方法,以及混凝土浇筑、养护、测温的方法.
Based on the engineering case of extra-thick slab in the Campland International Masion construction, the paper analyses the construction difficulties and introduces the super-thick slab concrete integral pouring technology. The mixing ratio which reduces cement hydration heat and controls the temperature difference is obtained. Finally, template installation and reinforcement assembling method are achieved as well as the concrete pouring, curing, temperature measurement in the construction projects.
