摘要
目的探讨庆大霉素或万古霉素加入骨水泥后,其对骨水泥力学和物理特性的影响及其体外释放情况,用于指导临床应用。方法在40克骨水泥中分别加入庆大霉素1 g、2 g,万古霉素1 g2、g。测定各组骨水泥的压缩强度、弯曲模量和弯曲强度,并进行洗提实验。结果40 g骨水泥中加入少于2 g的抗生素不会对骨水泥的物理和力学性能产生影响,万古霉素的洗提量高于庆大霉素。结论抗生素能够从骨水泥中持续有效的释放;40 g骨水泥中加入少于2 g抗生素不会影响骨水泥的物理和力学性能;在洗提效果上,万古霉素要好于庆大霉素。
Objective To study the physical and mechanical properties of bone cement mixed with gentamicin and vacomycin, and the effects of the antibiotics elution,it can direct clinical application.Methods The specimens d bone cement each of 40 g were divided into 5 groups depending on mixed antibiotics,group Ⅰ mixed 1 g gentamicin,group Ⅱ mixed 2 g gentamicin,greup Ⅲ mixed 1 g vacoraycin, group Ⅳ mixed 2 g vacomycin,group Ⅴ without any antibiotics. The compressive strength,bending strength and bend- ing elastic modulus were raeasured respectively, elufion examination of antibiotics fi'om bone cement was performed by chromatogra- phy.Results The physical and mechanical properties of bone cement mixed with no more than 2g antibiotics were not changed.And the elution of vacomycin was better than gentamicin. Conclusion Antibiotics can be released from bone cement. The physical and mechanical properties of bone cement mixed with no more than 2 g antibiotics were not changed. And the elution of vacomycin was better than gentamicin.
