6种抗菌中药对淋球菌抑菌作用研究

A study on antibacteral effect of six varieties Traditional Chinese Medicine against Neisseria gonorhoea

目的观察抗菌中药对淋球菌的抑菌活性。方法选择6种(黄连、苦参、连翘、大黄、生地、知母)常用抗菌中药,采用水提法至浓度1 g/ml。液体稀释法测定上述中药对淋球菌标准株与89株临床分离株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果黄连与大黄抑制淋球菌的作用较强,MIC值≤0.05 g/ml,黄连的抑菌作用最强。同一种中药对淋球菌的不同菌株表现出相近的抑菌活性。结论常用抗菌中药对淋球菌有一定的抑菌作用,在淋病的防治中抗菌中药可以发挥一定作用。

Objeetive To screen antibacterial activity of traditional Chinese medicine against Neisseria gonorhoea. Methods Six varieties traditional Chinese medicine （Coptis Chinesis etc） were selected and extracted with pure water to make a concoction of 1 g/ml.Neissefia gonorhoea type strain ATCCA9226 and 89 clinicial separate strains were used to determine their minimal inhibitory concentration in vitro with liquid dilution method to the selected medicine. Results Three herbs had inhibition effects on the strain Neissefia gonorhoea in different degree, among which Copfis Chinesis had the strongest effect and MIC was 0.006 25 g/ml to Neisseria gonorhoea. Furthermore, the degree of inhibition effect 6f the same Chinese medicine on both strain Neisseria gonorhoea were almost the same. Conclusion Some af traditional Chinese medicines had the inhibition effect on Neisseria gonorhoea,the results can serve as a reference for the prevention and treatment the infection of Neisseria gonorhoea with traditional chinese medicine.
