摘要
为了解决许多工业生产过程中的精确配料问题,本文基于自学习控制与交流变频技术,提出了一种新的配料控制系统,给出了控制系统的分析和设计方法。ZK-1型新配科混合自控系统已投入工业应用。实际结果表明:新型配料控制系统动态精度显著提高。
In order to Solve the problems of precise burden in many industrial production process, a new microcomputer burden control system is proposed in this paper based on self-learning control and AC frequency converter technique. The design method and analysis of the control system are giveno The new type ZK-1 burden mixing control system has been applied in the industrial practise, and the actual result shows that the dynamic accuracy of the new burden control system has been improved obviously.
