明代盐业为封建官府严格控制,是支撑王朝运转的重要物资基础。山东盐业生产达到了较高水平,盐业运输在山东物资运输中占有重要地位。明中期以后,山东盐业生产和运销体制发生了重大变化。

During the Ming Dynasty,salt industry was strictly controlled by the feudal government,and was the important material base for supporting its running.The solt production in Shandong area had reached a quite high level,and the solt transportation possessed an important status among material transportion in Shandong.After the middle Ming Dynasty,the solt production and transporion system in Shandong area had greatly changed.
