摘要 针对某新型悬拼式架桥机,据其工作特点分析了结构的校核工况与计算载荷,运用通用有限元软件建立了主桁架及其他主要构件的有限元模型。通过施加合理的约束和载荷,提取主桁架计算的最大支反力以校核支腿等构件,完成整机结构刚度和强度的仿真计算,可为类似复杂结构的设计校核提供借签。 According to a new bridge erecting machine's operational requirement, the paper analyzes the check condition and calculating load of the structure. It builds the finite element model for the key truss and the main structural members. It also describes how the maximum, support reaction force against the key truss is obtained to verify the legs, and how to carry out simulation calculation of the structural rigidity and strength, by means of adding the reasonable restriction conditions and loads. It is a reference for the similar complex structure's design and verification.
