摘要
介绍了故障树分析方法。以叉车液压系统为例通过分析系统故障形式、液压系统结构以及组件与系统之间的逻辑关系,绘制了系统的故障树,依据故障树进行故障排查和诊断。该方法简便、直观、实用,用于液压系统故障诊断取得令人满意的效果。
The paper elaborates fault tree analysis approach, and based on it, discusses the logic relation among the various types of faults in forklift truck hydraulic system and its main components to describe the system's fault tree. The fault tree makes the fault diagnosis to the hydraulic system easy, visual and practical.
