三色生态菌在大豆生产上的应用试验研究

摘要 通过对大豆施用三色生态菌试验资料的分析表明:用三色生态菌灌根或用三色生态菌灌根后再叶面喷施,可极显著地增加大豆有效分枝数、提高大豆百粒重和产量。仅叶面喷施三色生态菌可显著提高大豆百粒重和产量。用三色生态菌灌根后再叶面喷施三色生态菌,在对大豆有效分枝数、单株结荚数、单株粒数、百粒重及产量等方面均比单一灌根有增加,但这种增加不显著,考虑到增产效果和经济方面的因素,只在大豆出苗后用灌根专用型三色生态菌灌根即可达到增产增效的目的。 The experiment of tri- color ecological bacteria irrigating root and spraying foliage tri - color ecological bacteria after irrigating root were conducted, the results showed that the two methods can significantly increased the effective branches of soybean, soybean 100- seed weight and soybean output. Only spraying foliage tri - color ecological bacteria could significantly increase the 100 - seed weight and soybean yield. With spraying foliage tri - color ecological bacteria after irrigating root in the effective branches of soybean, seed pod per plant, grains per plant, 100 - seed weight and yield had better effect than a single Irrigating root, however, the differences weren' t significant. Considering the effects of production and economic factors, only after the emergence of soybean using tri -color ecological bacteria irrigates root can achieve the objective of increasing production efficiency.
