抵抗素与妊娠 被引量：2

摘要 抵抗素(resistin)是由脂肪细胞特异分泌的蛋白质,具有抵抗胰岛素的作用,其主要功能是调控机体体重、能量消耗及脂肪分布。本文就抵抗素在人体中的结构、表达、生理作用及其在妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)和妊娠期高血压疾病(hypertensive disorders in pregnancy)发病机制中的作用等方面做一综述。
