血管内皮损伤机制在妊娠期高血压疾病中的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 妊娠期高血压疾病严重影响母婴健康,是导致孕产妇和围生儿死亡的主要原因之一。血管内皮损伤学说被认为是妊娠期高血压疾病病理变化的中心环节,近年研究发现,多种血管活性物质与血管内皮损伤密切相关,并可能与妊娠期高血压疾病的严重程度相关,对血管活性物质与血管内皮损伤机制的研究有助于妊娠期高血压疾病的预防、预测及治疗。
