HLA-G在妊娠中的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 人类白细胞抗原G(HLA-G)属于非经典人类主要组织相容性复合体(MHC-Ib)类分子,具有低度多态性和限制性分布的特点,可以通过抑制自然杀伤(NK)细胞、细胞毒性T细胞等效应细胞在妊娠母胎界面免疫中发挥着重要的作用,本文对HLA-G的功能及在试管婴儿和病理妊娠中的研究进展进行了综述。
