Progress in study on the relationship between Th cells/NK cells and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.

摘要目前母-胎界面的免疫耐受机制是国内外的研究热点之一,URSA所表现的母-胎界面免疫耐受异常与T辅助细胞及NK细胞有密切的关系。本文首先对T辅助细胞和NK细胞的免疫状态、免疫耐受机制以及它们与URSA之间的关系进行了阐述,最后对目前与二者有关的URSA的主动免疫治疗研究进展作一综述。 Immune tolerance mechanism in maternal -fetal interface is now one of the research hotspots at home and abroad. The abnormal immune tolerance in maternal -fetal interface shown by URSA has close relationship with Th cells and NK cells. In this paper, we first make an exposition of the immune state and immune tolerance mechanism of Th cells and NK cells and the relationship between them and URSA, after that we summarize the resent study progress in active immunotherapy of URSA related with Th cells and NK cells.
