摘要 在嵌入式Linux环境中,提出了一种基于Modbus协议的热辊温度控制系统的设计方案;实现了Linux主机和多个从机之间的可靠通信;采用间接通信的方式,上位机通过读写某个从机内特定的寄存器,查询或设置该组热辊的温度值;给出了系统RS-485总线连接形式和ModbusRTU消息帧的实现方法,并用Qt设计了人机界面。 The paper presents a design for the temperature control system of hot roll that uses Modbus as the communication protocol via the RS -485 network in embedded Linux environment. The supervisor computer connects with subordinate machine which direct control a group of hot rolls. By controlling the designed registers of subordinate machine, the supervisor computer manipulates many groups of hot rolls indirectly. In addition, the implementation of Modbus RTU message frame in system is shown in the paper, and the User Interface is designed with Qt.
