通过引入双参数及应用权函数的方法,建立一个核为-4齐次的Hilbert型积分不等式及等价式,并证明其常数因子为最佳值.作为应用,给出其逆向形式及一些特殊结果.

By introducing two parameters and using the way of weight function, a Hilbert-type integral inequality is established with the homogeneous kernel of --4-order and the equivalent form is given. It is proved that the constant factor is the best. The reverse inequalities and some particular results are given for application.
