城市移民社区与城市发展的协调——杭州东部城中村规划改造策略

The coordination of city immigrant community and urban development: transformation strategy study of "urban village" in the east part of Hangzhou.

我国城市化正值中期,城市化提速带来城市空间拓展和城市建设高强度投入,大量"城市移民"进入城市就业、聚居并形成移民社区,"城中村"则成为其物质载体."城中村"所在城乡结合部区位,首当其冲位于城市拓展的范围内.探讨"城中村"、"城市移民"与城市拓展的相互关系及三者在发展中相互协调进而形成良性互动的现实必要性,并通过杭州的案例分析,提出适宜的空间协调发展模式.

The urbanization in China is in the intermediate stage, the fast increasing urbanization will inevitably bring the enlargement of city space and the high strength investment of urban construction, a great number of ＂city immigrants＂ enter the city, works, lives together and forms the city immigrant community. The ＂urban village＂ becomes the material carrier of city immigrant community. ＂Urban village＂ often located in the scope of the city development. Discussion on the reciprocity between ＂urban village＂, ＂city immigrants＂ and city development, seeks the inter-coordination among them. Hangzhou＇s case is analyzed, and a suitable coordinated development pattern is proposed.
