摘要
在宜家商场工程中使用的C50清水自密实混凝土用于钢骨外包柱,对现行使用的原材料进行优化,以尽量减小用水量,保证硬化后混凝土的耐久性,采用不同含固量聚羧酸外加剂按和易性、强度与成本进行掺量的优化,从上料顺序、搅拌时间、输送以及浇筑后养护对生产和浇筑过程进行控制。拆摸后混凝土外观光洁无瑕疵,28d验收强度平均达到60.9MPa,并且质量均匀。
High performance self-compacting concrete for package of steel skeleton column has been practiced for expanding building project of Beijing Exhibition hall . Avaliable raw materials were optimized for reducing the water demand'of concrete mixture and enhancing durability of hardened concrete; Solid content and dosage of Superplasticizer with Polycarboxylic Acid were optimized according to durability and strength as well as cost of concrete; processes quamy wv,~ - transporting and curing after pouting. While formwork was removed, it was seen that surface of concrete was smooth and clean, no defect at all. The average compressive strength of concrete at 28th day was up to 60.9 MPa and uniformity.
