摘要
集马桥的左幅行车道是由7块空心板梁组成的,经过50多年的运营、交通流量的剧增及车辆超载等因素的共同作用,桥梁的左幅行车道的空心板梁底面分布有大量裂缝。经静载试验发现,该桥已不能满足现行规范的要求。根据静载试验结果,提出了该桥的加固方案,加固后的静载试验结果表明:板梁进行加固后桥梁的整体刚度得到了一定程度的提高,在汽-20荷载作用下的安全储备已满足近期交通发展的总体规划要求,加固后的板梁满足规范要求。
Left driveway on Jima Bridge is made of seven pieces of cored slab, where lots of cracks appeared on the bottom due to the soaring traffic flow and overload of vehicle after more than 50 years' service. Statie loading test proves that the bridge can not meet requirements of applieable eodes any longer. Strengthening scheme is proposed according to results of the static loading test. After strengthening, static loading test is carried out again and it shows that: after strengthening of the slab girder, whole rigidity of the bridge is improved, safety reserve under action of a 20-ton car can satisfy general planning requirements of recent traffic development, and the reinforced slab girder can meet requirements of code.
