摘要
以聚氨酯为壁材,驱蚊灵HLQZ为芯材,采用界面聚合法制备了微胶囊缓释驱蚊整理剂CW-1。研究了溶剂种类、乳化剂用量、催化剂用量以及搅拌速度对合成CW-1的影响,得出最佳制备工艺为:HLQZ1.5g,二氯甲烷1.5g,乳化剂7.0g,TDI2.0g,PEG-4004.6g,乙二胺0.36g,催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡0.02g。所得微胶囊平均粒径为1.013μm,乳液均一稳定。
Controlled released microcapsule anti-mosquito finishing agent CW-1 with polyurethane as wall and beta-cypermethrin as core is prepared by interfacial poly-condensation in aqueous medium.
