日间手术中心管理模式的实践

Practices on of Innovative Ambulatory Surgery Management Pattern

目的通过成立日间手术中心,减少病人治疗费用,降低病人住院均次费用和住院天数,切实解决人民群众"看病难、看病贵"问题。方法运用SWOT分析法、鱼骨图分析法等对日间手术中心进行分析,通过改善环境条件、再造流程,提高医生积极性,提高效率。结果日间手术中心手术各病种与以往常规住院相比,平均总住院天数、平均术前待床日、平均住院费用均有明显下降。结论日间手术在国内具有广阔前景,未来几年必然呈现增长势态。

Objective Conform to the new situation and requirement of the health care and comprehensive reform, the ambulatory surgery center is set up in order to reduce patients＇ treatment cost, cut down the average per capita hospitalization expenses and hospitalization days, and realistically resolve the question of hard to see doctor and hard to afford the cost to cure disease. Material and methods To analyze the ambulatory surgery center through methods of SWOT, fish bone diagram, etc. Through improving the environment conditions, recreating the process to improve doctors＇ initiative and enhance efficiency based on the medical safety. Result Comparing with usual hospitalization, the average total hospitalization days, the average pre-operation days and the average hospitalization expenses of all operations operated at the ambulatory surgery center were lowered remarkably. Conclusion Ambulatory surgery has brilliant prospect in China. The ambulatory surgery in China will certainly increase enormously in the coming years.
