阐述了煤与瓦斯突出事故预警系统设计的基本思路,介绍了系统的主要功能和主要构成。系统实现了安全信息系统管理、突出危险性动态预测、图纸及预警结果远程浏览、专家辅助决策等功能。本系统对于预测预报、减少煤与瓦斯突出事故具有重大的现实意义。该系统已经在重庆煤业集团公司得到了成功的应用。系统同样也可应用于其它突出矿井,具有极大的推广价值。

Expatiating the basic design idea of the early waming system for coal and gas outburst accident, the article introduces the main function and structure of the system. The system can perform such functions as mangage the safety information of the coal mine, forecast the danger of the coal and gas outburst, browse drawings and the forecast result, and the expert decision - making system. Now the system has got successful application in the ChongQing mine group company. The system can also be used in other outburst coal mime, the system in possession of great extended value.
