摘要
主要介绍了张集选煤厂采用的SWAX7000型采样机的工作原理,结构特点、主要性能及试验效果。实际应用表明,该设备设计合理、运转平稳、安全性能好,所采煤样代表性高,维护简单,人员看守工作量小,采样结果能正确代表张集矿中央区原煤质量,可以指导选煤厂正常生产。
This paper mainly introdueed the work principles, structure characteristics, the main performance and the experimental effect of SWAX7000 sampler used by Zhangji Coal Dressing Plant. The practical application indicated that the design of the sampler is reasonable, smooth operation, representation of the sampler is high, the repair is simply, the work load of the personnel is small. The sampling result can represent the raw coal quality of Zhangji Coal Mine, and instruct the regular production of the coal dressing plant.
