摘要
cDNA文库是研究基因组学的基本手段之一,它便于克隆和表达,可以从中筛选所需的目的基因,并直接用于该基因的表达,我国cDNA文库研究虽然起步晚,但发展很快,目前已成为克隆基因、表达基因的重要途径。
cDNA library is one of basic means to research genomics,it is easy to clone and express. We can select the gene which we need and directly use to the expre.ssion of the gene. The development of cDNA library in China is fast. Now,it is an important way of gene cloning and expression.
