摘要
研究了欧美山杨毛状根的生长情况。发现:在培养过程中,毛状根一直处于旺盛的生长状态,POD活性呈现逐渐上升趋势;正常根呈现缓慢上升然后下降趋势;二者的SOD活性均呈现先上升后下降的趋势;可溶性蛋白含量均呈现先上升后下降的趋势。
The growth of hairy root on Populus trernula × P. tremuloides was studied. The results were as follows： during cultivation process,hairy root kept vigorous condition,POD activity showed upgrade gradually. The normal root showed upgrade then descending tendency. Their SOD activities offered upgrade firstly than descending latter tendency. The dis,solubility protein all offered upgrade firstly than descending latter tendency.
