Through the specific practices of Mudanjiang Sub-academy of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciances, the outstanding issues of agricultural science and technology in the file management has been analyzed, and new ideas of standardization of agricultural scientific research files management on how to adapt to the demands of the era of knowledge economy, changes in technology file management has been proposed.
