水溶性酸浆果多糖提取工艺的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对水溶性酸浆果多糖的提取工艺进行了研究,采取单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验研究了料液比、提取时间、提取温度、乙醇浓度对水溶性酸浆果多糖提取效果的影响。结果表明,影响多糖得率的因素依次为料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度,水溶性酸浆果多糖最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶40,提取时间4 h,提取温度90℃,90%乙醇沉淀。在此工艺条件下水溶性酸浆果多糖的得率为5.46%。 This paper was a study about the technology for estracting coarse polysaccharides of Physalis alkekengi, The effect of each factor such as the ratio of sample to water,the time of extraction,the temperature of extraction and the ethanol concentration on the extraction of the polysaccharides of Physalis alkekengi were investigated, using the methods of single factor test and orthogonaldesign test of L9 (3^4 ). The result showed that the main factors from more important to less affecting the extracting rate of polysaccharides were as follows: ethanol concentration, ratio of sample to water, extraction time and extraction temperature the best technological conditions were that the ratio of sample to water was 1 : 40, the time of extraction was 4 hours,the temperature of extraction was90℃ and the concentration of ethanol was90%. Using the best technological conditions,the extraction rate of the polysaccharides of Physalis alkekengi was 5.46%.
