摘要
对角置切圆锅炉炉内流场的数值模拟方法进行探讨,应用QUICKE格式来避免伪扩散,并使用多孔度和分布阻力相结合的方法来处理炉内受热面。结合冷模试验研究设计、运行参数对炉内空气动力场的影响,并把数值方法引入对非正常工况的分析。
Abstract Some progresses have been made in the numerical simulation of aerodynamics for tangential fired boiler furnace. A QUICKE scheme is introduced to avoid false diffusion.At the same time,the combinated concept of multi-voidage and distributed resistance is used to deal with the simulation of heating surface in furnace. By comparison with cold model test results,the numerical approach is identified and then applied to analysis of abnormal operation.
