摘要
苯脲衍生物是一类重要的有机中间体,由它可以合成杀虫剂、色酚等化合物。在冰醋酸存在下,以邻氯苯胺与氰酸钠反应制备邻氯苯脲(Ⅰ),考察了合成方法与反应物摩尔比等因素对反应收率的影响,得到了较佳的合成方法和反应条件,产率达95.8%。并以同样的方法分别制得了邻甲苯脲(Ⅱ)、间甲苯脲(Ⅲ)、对甲苯脲(Ⅳ)和3,5-二甲苯脲(Ⅴ),产率分别为86.0%、75.0%、85.0%和84.5%,通过IR、质谱对化合物结构进行了表征。
Derivatives of phenylurea are one kind of important intermediates, from which the compounds such as pesticide and naphthol AS can be synthesized, o-Chlorophenylurea( Ⅰ ) was synthesized by the reaction of o-chloroaniline with sodium eyanate in acetic acid. The influences of synthesis methods and molar ratio of raw materials on the yield of the product were analyzed through experimental test. And the optimal synthesis method and conditions were obtained, the yield was 96.7 %. o-Methylphenylurea ( Ⅱ ), m-methylphenylurea ( Ⅲ ), p-methylphenylurea (Ⅳ) and 3,5-dimethylphenylurea (Ⅴ) were obtained with the same method, the yields were 86.0%, 75.0%, 85.0 % and 84.5 % respectively. The structures were determined by IR, MS.
