产业集群人才吸引力纵向分层研究--以佛山地区产业集群为例被引量：13

摘要依据纵向结构分层思想,产业集群人才吸引受区域、集群、企业和工作四个层面因素影响,通过对佛山地区产业集群实证研究证实,宏微观层面部分因素对产业集群人才吸引力产生直接的正向影响,而中观层面因素影响不显著。
