摘要 为了实现PLC实验课程的远程教学,综合利用互联网、PLC和面向对象程序设计等技术,给出了一种基于Internet的PLC实验系统框架和实现方法,对系统的整体控制功能、方案设计和实验流程给予了说明,并阐述了系统客户端和控制端软硬件的设计要点和实现方法;提出了一种利用脚本程序解决PLC专用软件远程控制的方案,并搭建了以欧姆龙PLC为对象的远程实验系统。系统实际运行结果表明,系统性能稳定,用户界面与传统的PLC实验环境相似,可满足远程PLC实验教学要求。 Aiming at realizing the remote education of PLC experiment course, the architecture and implementation of a PLC control experiment system was presented, which combines computer network, PLC and object-oriented programming technologies. The function, design and process of the system were described. Furthermore, the key points of design and implementation methods were presented, in both the client side and the controller side. Using script programs, an approach of operating the PLC exclusive software in distance was introduced, and a remote experiment system based on Omron PLC was built. The results of actual operation show that the system runs stable, the client interface is similar with the traditional PLC experiment environment, and the system can satisfy the requirements of the remote PLC experiment course.
