摘要
针对当前小型扁形茶炒制机存在的鲜叶手工投加、炒手无调压和系统控制简单等问题,设计了称量式茶叶投加装置、无级调压机构和新型炒锅等工作部件,对控制系统进行了智能化设计,并作了相应的阐述,最后进行了相关试验。试验结果表明:改进后的工作部件能明显提高炒茶效率和茶叶质量,并可对炒茶过程进行智能控制。
Aiming at the problems in tea manual putting, none press adjusting and simple system controlling of minitype flat tea roasting machine, a kind of new quantify device for tea putting, a stepless mechanism for tea press adjusting, a new hollowware for tea roasting and etc were developed. The aptitude design of control system was summarized. The tests show that the united application of new technology can increase the tea roasting efficiency and the tea quality successfully, and intelligent control of the roasting process can be realized.
