开关柜结构设计与制造的分析与实践

Analysis and practice of the design and manufacture in switchgear framework

为实现对开关柜结构进行高质量、低成本地设计与制造,从开关柜的结构形式、制作形式、钣金加工和机械制造技术、电气性能方面进行分析并展开实践,从而实现了降低生产成本、提高开关柜外观质量和电气安全性。效用分析结果表明,该工作对生产成本、产品性能和品质有着十分重大的影响。

Aiming at improving the switchgear＇s appearance quality and electric security, reducing the cost of manufacture, the switchgear＇s framework, making form, sheet metal processing, mechanical manufacture technology and electrical performance were analyzed and practiced. It was realized that the method reduced the production cost, improved the surface quality and electrical security of switchgear. The analysis results indicate that there are very significant impact on the cost of manufacture, product performance and quality.
