供应链下中国银行业现金物流管理的模式

银行是经营货币的企业,对现金物流活动进行管理,是银行重要的一项业务活动。当前中国大多数商业银行仍采用计划经济体制下的第一方物流管理模式,存在若干弊端,阻碍了核心竞争力的提升。本文认为,在中国经济高速发展、现金快速膨胀、银行单体竞争转向群体竞争的背景下,应在供应链框架下,以市场化为导向,通过第三方物流管理、物流战略联盟和物流风险管理构建新的现金物流管理模式。对第三方现金物流管理,笔者给出了仿真建模的思路和对结果的分析,认为供应链下现金物流管理模式,有助于中国银行业现金物流管理实现低成本和高效率的战略目的。

In the rapid development of Chinese economy, new pattern of cash logistic management should be adopted in supply chain framework, and the third party of cash logistic management, cash logistic union and cash logistic risk management are included. Simulation results of the third party of cash logistic management are analyzed, which show it is feasible for commercial banks to subcontract the third party of cash logistic management. By doing this, the costs will be reduced and the efficiency of cash logistic management of commercial banks will be improved.
