美日人力资源管理模式的比较及对中国的借鉴 被引量:3

摘要 由于历史基础差异和文化价值差异等方面的原因,导致各国人力资源管理模式具有许多的不同。本文论述美、日人力资源管理的模式,并进行比较,形成系统性认识。在此基础上,结合我国人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题,提出我国人力资源管理的建议。
