基于内在动机激励的企业知识员工忠诚度研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文分析了企业知识员工的工作特征及内涵,以内在动机理论为依据,探讨了知识员工忠诚度提升的机理,在此基础上从企业文化及管理制度两方面提出了知识员工忠诚度提升的基本策略。
