上海市区供电局沪西供电所开发了集ＧＩＳ、ＭＩＳ和多媒体技术于一体的综合管理信息系统。该系统采用ＧＩＳ进行空间查询和辅助决策。ＧＩＳ与ＳＣＡＤＡ系统实时联网分析。文中介绍了系统的设计与功能并对该系统进行了成本效益分析。效益分析表明，该管理信息系统的开发不仅为社会带来巨大的经济效益，企业与用户也获得较大的经济效益。

Integrative managent information systems integrating GIS,MIS and multimedia technogies have been developed in Shanghai Urban Power Supply Bureau,West Branch.They network and assisting decision making.GIS and SCADA system can be on line linked to integrate distribution analysis.This paper presents the design and functions and economic evaluation of the system,Which demonstrates how the integrative management information systems have not only enormous socio economic effects but bring about larger benefits for the enterprise and customers as well.
