摘要
研究了粉煤灰烧结砖中添加不同的粘结剂及其掺量、不同干燥工艺对干坯强度的影响。研究结果表明,以50℃为起始温度,以15℃/h的升温速度升至110℃,总干燥时间为24h的缓慢干燥工艺下,粉煤灰用量为60%,红页岩用量为40%,外加3%的S粘结剂和3%的X粘结剂,干坯强度可达2.0MPa。
Influence of different binders,different amount of binder and different drying process on the intensity of dry body of fly ash fired brick was studied. The results showed that:slow drying process in which the starting temperature is 50℃, 15℃/h warming up to 110℃ takes total drying time of 24h:the intensity of dry body can be up to 2.0 MPa with content of 60% fly ash, and 40% red shale,adding 3% S binder and 3% X binder.
