摘要
研究了用催化氧化法合成混凝土塑化增强剂HPT的工艺、生产原理和反应器,以及HPT对混凝土性能及微结构的影响。性能试验结果表明,塑化增强剂HPT可以显著提高萘系减水剂的分散性、塑化性,改善水泥与减水剂的适应性。
Study is made on process,production principle and reactor for synthesis concrete plasticization reinforcing agent HPT by catalytic oxidation method and on the influence of HPT upon performance and micro structure of concrete. The result of performance test indicates that plasticization reinforcing agent HPT can remarkably improve dispersivity and plasticization of naphthalene based water reducing agent and improve the adaptability of cement and water reducing agent.
