摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定咽舒饮合剂中绿原酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸(9:91);流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:327nm;柱温:30℃;灵敏度:0.10AUFS。结果绿原酸在7.28~232.96μg.mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.6%(RSD=1.31%),97.8%(RSD=1.25%),99.5%(RSD=0.96%)。结论该方法操作简便,快捷,可靠性高,准确性和重复性好,其他组分对测定无干扰,可作为咽舒饮合剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for detecting chlorogenic acid in yanshuyin mistura with HPLC. Methods Chlorogenic acid was assayed with Hypersil ODS column (4.6 mm ×200 mm, 5μm ). The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(9 : 91 ), The detective wavelength was 327nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 , and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 7.28-232.96 μg · mL^-1 with good linearity ( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery ( n = 3 ) were 98.6% ( RSD = 1.31% ), 97.8% ( RSD = 1.25% ),99.5% (RSD =0.96% ). Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible, which can be used in quality control of yanshuyin mistura.
