从财务分析、国民经济分析、敏感性分析及综合经济分析的角度，叙述了如何进行电网调度自动化系统工程可行性研究阶段的经济评估工作，以作好电网调度自动化系统的总体规划设计，使有限的资金发挥最大的社会效益。
