摘要
根据应急物流基站规划优化的特点,对应急物流基站的规划提出了两个步骤的优化过程。首先,利用集合覆盖模型来确定满足需求的最小应急物流基站数,然后利用物流学中的可行性定位法,确定备选位置中满足需求的合适点来作为应急物流基站的选址。并将此方法在假设的事故案例中进行验证和讨论。
Based on the features of emergency logistics depot design optimization, the paper puts forward two-step optimization process, first, using set cover model to determine the minimum emergency logistics depot number, then using feasible location method to determine the suitable place that satisfies the demand to be the location of emergency logistics depot. Finally an example is shown.
