摘要
首先介绍了精益思想中的价值分析技术和"一个流"技术,然后运用价值分析技术找出了生产线中的非增值工序,并对其消除和运用"一个流"技术找出了瓶颈工序,并根据ECRS分析原则平衡了生产线,取得了很好的效果。
Taking a gear production line of A company as an example, the paper introduces the value analysis technique and ‘a-Flow' technique in the lean theory, uses the value analysis technique to identify the non-value-added links which should be eliminated, uses ‘a-Flow' technique to identify the bottleneck process and to balance the production line based on the ECRS analysis principle.
