Explanation Fault Diagnosis Expert System for Substation

提出并开发了一种用于变电站运行人员培训的具有解释功能的变电站故障诊断专家系统。它采用保护范围取交集的方法进行故障诊断，推理过程中记录诊断出故障的保护，作为解释故障发生的原因。本文详细分析并阐述其中的关键问题，如保护范围取交集的规则、随运行方式变化的保护范围和有相关保护的保护范围的表示方法等。

This paper presents a fault diagnosis system with explanation function for substations, which is used for training substation operators. The method of getting intersection in protection area is applied in the diagnosis system, in which the protections found with faults during reasoning are used to explain the reason of fault. The paper analyses and expatiates some key questions particularly, such as the rule of getting intersection in protection area, protection areavarying with the change of operating mode and the expressing methods of protection area with correlation protections.
