摘要
树突状细胞(DC)是初始T细胞的惟一启动者,主要通过三类信号调整效应T细胞的分化。作为免疫调控的关键因素之一,DC对促进多发性硬化(MS)的发病具有重要作用。本文综述了MS中枢神经系统中致病性DC的特点,各型MS外周DC的异常变化,以及DC在诱导实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎中的作用。
Dendritic cells(DC) are capable of priming naive T cells,which regulate the differentiation of T ceils in three ways. Therefore, as a key factor in immunoregulation, DC play an important role in directing the immune pathology of multiple sclerosis(MS). This paper reviewed the characteristics of encephalitogcnic DCs in central nervous system, abnormalities of DC in circulation of MS, and the significance in inducing EAE.
