人脐带间充质干细胞的生物学特性及其在血液系统疾病中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 间充质干细胞是一种具有自我更新和多向分化能力的成体干细胞,在组织工程、基因治疗和造血干细胞移植领域具有较好的应用前景。骨髓是间充质干细胞的经典来源。近年研究显示,人脐带中也存在大量间充质干细胞,由于脐带来源间充质干细胞具有来源广泛、取材方便、相对纯净、含量丰富以及免疫原性低等优点,正逐渐成为间充质干细胞研究领域的热点之一。本文就其生物学特征、优势以及在血液系统疾病中的应用前景等予以综述。 Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are a kind of adult stem cells which have the capability to differentiate into multiple cell types as well as serf-renew continuously. They have great therapeutic potential in tissue engineering,genetherapy,and stem cell transplantation. Bone marrow represents the major source of MSCs. In recent study,people found that there are also many MSCs in human umbilical cord. As a new source of MSCs,umbilical cord mesonchymal stern cells (UC-MSCs) has become the hot spot in MSCs research due to their advantages such as extensive resource, easy to be acquired, low viral contamination, higher frequency in the nucleated cells of umbilical card and negligible antigenicity. This article reviewed biological characteristics,the advantages of UC-MSCs and their application in treatment of hematonosis.
