摘要
EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白1(LMP1)是EB病毒编码的一种主要蛋白,它能通过其C末端的3个功能结构域CTAR1、CTAR2及CTAR3启动一系列信号途径,包括核因子κB、PI3K-Akt/PAB、MAPK及JAKs/STATs,从而调节其宿主细胞的生长、增殖、分化、凋亡等多种细胞生物学功能,本文就这方面的研究进展及其自身调节的机制综述如下。
Epstein-Barr virus latent membrane protein 1 ( LMP1 ), which is a major protein encoded by EB virus, can adjust growth, proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and other biological functions of its host cell by launching a series of signal channels including the NF-κB, PI-3K-Akt/PKB ,MAPK and JAKs/STATs through its three functions of the C-terminal domain CTAR1, CTAR2 and CTAR3. This article reviews the related progress and its antogenous regulation mechanism.
