摘要 随着社会人口的老龄化,衰老引起的疾病日益增加,同时人们对健康长寿的愿望也越来越强烈,因此,如何延缓衰老已经成为当今世界医学界最重要的课题之一。现代医学对衰老机制的研究涉及到很多方面,究其原因,遗传在影响衰老的进程中起重要作用。目前认为物种最高寿限与遗传相关。从遗传因素看,衰老是一连串基因激活和阻抑及其通过各自产物相互作用的结果。 Along with population aging of the society, diseases resulting from it is also increasing, while the healthy and longevial expectation from people is also growing. So, how to postpone ageing is the medical topic in the world at present. Study about ageing mechanism is related to many factors in modem medicine, the basic cause is heredity ,which plays an important role in the ageing proceeding. It is said that the highest duration of life is related to heredity at present. From the view of heredity, ageing is the results of the activation and inhibition of a series of gene and the interaction of their products.
