摘要 失血性休克是由于机体血液丢失引起的急性循环衰竭,其特点是微循环障碍、组织细胞缺血、缺氧、重要组织器官灌流和代谢障碍,最终可导致多器官功能障碍,是一种危重的全身性病理过程。输注晶体或胶体液和血制品能够挽救严重的失血性休克患者。但是,至今为止满意的液体复苏方法还没有确立。本文主要针对失血性休克液体复苏的进展、复苏监测指标和复苏终点标准做阐述,以期提高对失血性休克复苏的认识。 Hemorrhagic shock is acute circulatory, failure due to blood loss of the body, characterized by dysfunction of microcirculation.tissue ischemia and hypoxia,perfusion and metabolism dysfunction of important organs,eventually lead to muhiple organ dysfunction. It is a critical systemic pathological process. The infusion of liquid or blood products can save the serious hemorrhagic shock patients. However, until now, the satisfied methods of fluid resuscitation have not yet established. The most part of This summary concerning to the progress of fluid resuscitation on hemorrhagic shock, monitoring indicators and standards in terminal point of resuscitation. This summary is hoped to raise our awareness of resuscitation of hemorrhagic shock.
