Applied Approach of Capacity Pulmonary Artery Catheter and Transesophageal Echocardiography in the Evaluation of Double Ventricular Function

摘要 容量性肺动脉导管法和经食管超声心动图法均可对心室前负荷进行有实用意义的临床监测,并同时提供各自相关的血流动力学或心室结构方面的综合信息,是两种相互独立的重要的检测手段。随着研究的进一步深化,两种监测方法的联合使用将会成为双心系统功能状态的实时监测的手段,因此,这两种方法有着广阔的应用前景。 The ventricular pretoad can be clinically evaluated by capacity pulmonary artery catheter and transesophageal echocardiography which provide serf-correlation general hemodynamic information or ventricular structures and they are considered as a significant independent test means. Following the deep researches,it would become real time monitoring means that this two monitoring approaches will be combined. Accordingly, the two approaches will have wide application.
