低蛋白饮食加用复方α-酮酸片在持续性腹膜透析中的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察低蛋白饮食加用复方α-酮酸片在非卧床持续性腹膜透析(CAPD)中对肾功能及代谢的改善及其机制。方法将20例CAPD患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,前者采用腹膜透析低蛋白饮食治疗,后者在腹膜透析低蛋白饮食基础上加用α-酮酸片治疗,疗程为12个月,对比残余肾尿素清除指数、下降速度及血肌酐、血浆白蛋白和红细胞比容水平。结果治疗组残余肾功能(RRF)下降速度慢于对照组,两组治疗后的RRF差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);治疗组血钙、红细胞比容水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论低蛋白饮食加用复方α-酮酸片对于CAPD患者可以保护肾脏,减轻患者残余肾功能下降速度,同时可改善机体代谢状态。 Objective To observe the effects of low-protein diet plus compound α-acid tablets in the continuity of ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) and its possible mechanism. Methods 20 cases of CAPD were randomly divided into two groups, and the control was treated with low-protein diet peritoneal dialysis, and the treatment group was treated low-protein diet plus α-acid,both of them were treated for 12 months, and their residual renal KT/V, decreased speed and serum creatinine, serum albumin, and hematocrit levels were determined and compared. Results The decreased speed of residual renal function(RRF) in treatment group decreased was lower than that in control group, and after treatment, the RRF levels was lower in treatment group than that in control group with significant difference( P 〈0.01 ). The blood calcium and packed cell volume of erythrocyte levels were higher than those in control group with significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Long-term low-protein diet plus compound α-acid tablets for CAPD patients can protect residual renal function, improve metabolism.
