The Investigation on an Industrial Applications of Several Kinds of Transfer Enhancement and Energy Conservation Technique

摘要 介绍了5种强化传热与节能技术:(1)粘性流体的传热强化;(2)新型的壳程折流板;(3)花瓣形翅片管强化冷凝传热;(4)T-形翅片管强化沸腾传热;(5)错齿圆翅片管强化苯酐凝化过程。同时,对以上5种技术的研究进展及工业应用情况进行了分析。 Abstract Five kinds of technique on heat transfer enhancement and energy conversation developed by our research group have been introduced. They are: 1. The heat transfer enhancement for viscous liquids. 2. A novel baffle in shell side.3. Petal-shaped fin tubes for the enhancement of vapor condensation. 4.T-shaped fin steel tubes for the enhancement of liquid boiling. 5. The enhancement of a desublimation process by using Zag-zig finned tubes, all the above 5 items have been or could be effectively used in industries. The experimental results and commercial applications of the technique were also summarized in this paper.
